KHS Bicycles Inc. was founded in 1974 as an American-based company distributing the KHS brand of bicycles. Its mission is to design, manufacture and distribute moderately priced and high quality bicycles and accessories. Since that time KHS has grown into a brand respected for quality, value, and integrity with distribution in more than 30 countries around the world.
It was 1971: a year when the world was beginning to change rapidly with an exciting new spirit of digital invention, creativity and imagination along with a worldwide drive for new purpose. A new dawn. And yet, cycling was still very traditional, very conventional, conforming to some sort of rulebook: our founders believed that there had to be a better way.
Since 1972 GT Bicycles has proudly been developing bikes, for every type of rider, with a consistent mission. That mission is the same reason everybody throws a leg over their very first bike – pure fun, plain and simple. GT Bicycles remains true to sharing the stoke on two wheels which the brand was founded on because, after all, you can’t have Good Times without ‘GT’!
In August of 1978, a small black and white advert appeared in the new product section of BMX Action Magazine, announcing “Haro’s Factory Plates.” This low-key promotion marked the start of an entrepreneurial journey, and a new enterprise, that would profoundly shape the identity and direction of the new sport of BMX. Haro also produce a full line of performance level mountain bikes.
For 90 years, Cicli Masi has designed and produced innovative racing bicycles with passion, heart, and soul. Born from the vision of our founder and an appreciation of his remarkable contribution to the time-honored craft of bicycle design, Masi continues to innovate and look forward. Faliero Masi’s unique ability to find speed and power in the delicate angles and muscular tubes of his geometries became the coveted formula for pretenders and champions alike. In his small atmospheric workshop, beneath the boards of the Vigorelli Velodrome, Faliero Masi became the vital ally to the greatest heroes of the post-war cycling era.
